Active patients get a personal referral code in the DietSeFit app.
Your friend saves
They enter your code when they book and save ₹250 or ₹500 on their plan.
You earn rewards
When enough friends enrol, you earn an Amazon voucher or a free plan extension.
If a friend referred you
Enter your friend's referral code in the assessment form when you book, or just open the referral link they shared, and the discount applies automatically.
- ₹250 off the Momentum plan, ₹899 becomes ₹649
- ₹500 off the Transformation plan, ₹1,999 becomes ₹1,499
You pay nothing at booking. The discounted price applies only after Jyoti reviews your details and shares your personalised plan.
The referral discount applies to your first paid plan. It does not apply to the free Kickstart plan.
If you want to refer friends
Who can refer
You can refer friends once you are an engaged, active patient. You become eligible when all of the following are true:
- You are on an active paid plan, Momentum or Transformation. (Kickstart and trial plans cannot refer.)
- Your plan is at least 7 days old.
- You have logged your meals on at least 5 different days, with at least 4 meals logged on each of those days.
- You have logged in to the DietSeFit app.
Once you are eligible, your personal referral code appears on your home screen in the app.
How you earn rewards
Rewards work in two separate tracks, based on which plan your referred friend enrols in:
- Momentum track, when 5 friends enrol in a Momentum plan within the same calendar month, you earn a reward.
- Transformation track, when 3 friends enrol in a Transformation plan within the same calendar month, you earn a reward.
You choose your reward (set your preference in the app):
- Momentum milestone, a ₹100 Amazon voucher, or a 1-week free plan extension plus complimentary Yoga access.
- Transformation milestone, a ₹250 Amazon voucher, or a 1-month free plan extension plus complimentary Yoga access.
The Amazon voucher is the default reward if you do not set a preference.
When does a referral count
A referral counts toward your reward only after your friend:
- Signs up using your referral code,
- Completes their consultation with Jyoti, and
- Enrols in a paid Momentum or Transformation plan.
Until your friend enrols and completes their consultation, the referral stays pending and does not yet count toward a reward.
Program Terms & Conditions
- 1. Eligibility to refer. Only patients on an active paid Momentum or Transformation plan, whose plan is at least 7 days old, who have logged meals on 5+ separate days (4+ logs per day), and who have logged in to the app, can refer friends.
- 2. Discount for new patients. A valid referral code gives ₹250 off Momentum or ₹500 off Transformation. There is no referral discount on the Kickstart plan. The discount applies to the new patient's first paid plan only.
- 3. How many friends you can refer. There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer, invite as many as you like.
- 4. Reward frequency. A referrer can earn one milestone reward per calendar month. If you cross a reward threshold more than once in the same month, only one reward is granted for that month.
- 5. Monthly counting. Referrals are counted within the calendar month (India Standard Time) in which your friend enrols. Counts reset at the start of each month and do not carry over to the next month.
- 6. Separate tracks. Momentum and Transformation referrals are counted separately. They cannot be combined toward a single reward threshold.
- 7. Qualifying referrals. A referral counts only after the referred friend completes their consultation and enrols in a paid plan. Sign-ups that do not convert to a paid plan do not count.
- 8. No self-referral. You cannot use your own referral code, and a referral between the same person is not valid.
- 9. Reward fulfilment. Rewards are issued after Jyoti confirms the referred patient's enrolment. Amazon vouchers are shared through your patient support channel. Plan extensions are applied to your active plan.
- 10. Program changes and discretion. DietSeFit may update, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Rewards already earned will be honoured. DietSeFit may also, at its discretion, recognise a patient's referrals with a goodwill reward outside the standard milestone thresholds.
- 11. Fair use. DietSeFit may withhold rewards in cases of misuse, fraudulent sign-ups, or attempts to game the program.
