About This Pose

Sukshma Vyayam is a set of subtle yogic exercises that prepare your body for deeper asana practice. Part 1 focuses on lower body joint mobility, including ankle rotations, knee bends, and hip openers. This gentle warm-up sequence is essential before any yoga session to prevent injury and improve range of motion. Practiced daily, it reduces stiffness, especially for people with desk jobs or sedentary lifestyles.
